"Knowing the fact that Studio-Seven is new, and not knowing how work with Ronny will be I was prepared for the worst. The recordings itself usually take 1-3 hours per song if no errors arise. This includes the technical aspect as well as a technician-producer who knows his equipment and software well.
I was surprised because Ronny has prepared everything, like for example pilot tracks and klick. This was the first time that this happend to me in twenty-six years of recording sessions!!! Cables and microphones were complete and the coffee mashine was not broken. He knew the songs and was focused all day long, able to give reasonable and creative advice and came up with solutions. What the hell was wrong?, I thought ;)

Drum-soundcheck incl. setup and tuning was done in no time. His drum-room gave me a good feel and on the end the drums simply sounded the way how modern drums should sound like. Ronny was not disturbed by endless phone calls, and he did not upgrade his computer during the session. Another mistery indeed!

Thereby I was in the position to focus 100% on performing.Though we had a fat burger break, some coffee and a laugh inbetween we managed to record 12 songs in 12 hours!!!
This was a perfect recording session and therefor rare. I hope this will not the be last time I work with Ronny in Örebro. Of course there are good days and bad days, and the next time could be a night mare, but I doubt that because basically everything is right and professional at Studioseven in Örebro/Sweden. 9,9/10"

"What can I say about Ronny. I owe him the sound on "Dark Diary". He did the mixing but at the same time all recordings for this album were made after his specifications and that helped me a lot. He saved our drum sound that was recorded on some lower quality gear so that now it's powerfull and well balanced in frequency, and he brought vocal tracks back to life. Mastering it's not done yet at the moment, but already the album sounds very powerfull and dynamic. Horns Up for Ronny ! Thank you mate !"
